[experiment] V0.8.23p4

1. Now you can command survivors to eat piles on the ground.
   
2. Now you can command survivors to eat at certain building.
   
3. Add a new building: Cooler Storagebox. It consume water to keep food stay longer.
   
4. Adjust the mass of some weapons.
   
5. Fix the bug that cooler storage box couldn't be attached to pipes.
   
6. Add more detailed explaination for priority entry.
