1. Text changes to "Cancel (Action)" when toggle buttons are down.
   
2. Some panels now are draggable.
   
3. Changing name takes effect immediately, no need to return.
   
4. Fix the issue that water surface pitches when camera pitches.
   
5. Adjust the beautiness of decorations.
   
6. Adjust the wealth of steam buildings.
