[experiment] V0.8.24p11

1. Merge translations from community.
   
2. Fix display issues about storage panel.
   
3. Add a sort button on priority panel.
   
4. Fix the issue that sometimes it's hard to select a thing if there are buildings above it.
   
5. Fill some text for status.
   

We're doing some optimization work on memory usage and CPU consumption these days.
So it will be less frequently to add contents and gameplays daily during this period.
