[experiment] V0.8.24p14

1. Add 4 new tools: Gathering Knife,Fish Iron Knife,Pickaxes,Fish Iron Pickaxes
   
2. Balanced the fishing speed of fishing rod.
   
3. Fix the error that bandages would disapper when equiped.
   
4. Fix an issue might cause all texts are blank in some languages.
   
5. Metal sharks damage metal rafts more.
   
6. Fix some text errors on guidance.
   

We're doing some optimization work on memory usage and CPU consumption these days.
So it will be less frequently to add contents and gameplays daily during this period.
