[experiment] V0.8.24p16

1. Add a [Open Save File Folder] button on system panel.
   
2. Add indicators to show pipe buildings connection state.
   
3. Now survivors are more smart to select route to land an island.
   
4. Enemies now will do more kinds of things after killing survivors.
   
5. A new building: Steam Propeller
   
6. Crab man now would drop a special material: Crab Shell
   
7. Adjust the building time of some buildings.
   

We're doing some optimization work on memory usage and CPU consumption these days.
So it will be less frequently to add contents and gameplays daily during this period.
