[experiment] V0.8.24f3

1. Increased experience on report panel.
   
2. Now some kinds of items can be only sold under a certain price.
   
3. Mutants now are more stronger than normal human being enemies.
   
4. All kinds of floatage can trigger flotage guide.
   
5. Add attack effect for crab man, giant and relic giant.
   
6. Crab man now will drop a new material: crab egg.
   
7. Add a new building: Mini Hermit. It's a hermit turrent.
   

We're doing some optimization work on memory usage and CPU consumption these days.
So it will be less frequently to add contents and gameplays daily during this period.
