[experiment] V0.8.25p8

1. Add a panel for plugins and three demo plugins.
   
2. Now you can customize shortcuts for steam driven paddles.
   
3. Changed respawn time for resources on islands.
   
4. Add nutrition info in character panel.
   
5. Add detailed equipment infomation in euipment panel.
   
6. Fix the bug that there's no protein in item tooltips.
