1. Now data and logic in game is open for modding.
   
2. Modding plugins can be uploaded to Steam Workshop.
   
3. Changed respawn time for resources on islands.
   
4. Fix the bug that bike fan could not be selected.
   
5. Enhanced the amount display of parasite.
   
6. Fix the bug that bike fan sail slowly.
