[experiment] Ver 0.9.2p4

1. New building: Barber's Shop
   
2. Save files can be sorted by changed time or name.
   
3. Add tooltips for survivor loads panel.
   
4. Add tooltip info for building time.
   
5. Adjust the ui elemnt of oxygen bar.
   
6. You can select specific character when selecting mutiple survivors now.
