[experiment] V0.8.24p7

1. Add a new weapon, Fish Iron Baton
   
2. Add a new armor set: Fish Iron Helmet and Fish Iron Armor.
   
3. Fix the tag bug of energy bow.
   
4. Optimization for memory usage.
   

We're doing some optimization work on memory usage and CPU consumption these days.
So it will be less frequently to add contents and gameplays daily during this period.
