1. Fix the issue that some numerical techs not work.
   
2. Fix the bug that trident can't fire.
   
3. Fix the bug that crab man can't be selected.
   
4. Fix the bug that bike paddle can't be selected.
   
5. Balanced some survival knowlege's effect.
   
6. Fix the bug that steam fan can't be conctrolled mannally.
   
7. Changed the hierachy of some buildings' UI.
