[experiment] Ver 0.9.5p5

1. Add French translation text for achievements.
   
2. Fix the issue that sometimes status bar hides inproperly.
   
3. Status bar indicates when survivors salvage.
   
4. Fix the error that tooltips would expand when rapidly toggle.
   
5. Balanced the efficiency of brewing barrel and pickel barrel.
   
6. Now you could hover on the consume and producing bar to see the progress percentage.
   
   

switch to [experiment] branch to experience more new contents!
