Weekly Feature #2: Lethal vs Nonlethal Damage

[previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]
Watch the new episode
Hello guys! Today, we will explain the Lethal vs Nonlethal damage difference, and how to utilize that knowledge to make the enemy Surrender.
A quick recap
In the previous episode we had a look at the Overstrength mechanic - so make sure to check it out, if you missed it.
About the Weekly feature series
The Strategic Mind series has a quite sophisticated set of core mechanics, some of which are a novelty for the genre, for example, the supply system. The upside is that the game has lots to explore even for seasoned wargame veterans and offers everyone a new experience. The downside is that oftentimes the players lack the time to master all the core mechanics, especially after a hard working week, when you want to spend more time with your family during the weekend.

W have decided to start a new series of short tutorial videos called Weekly feature. In this series, we will have a closer look at one core mechanic at a time. We hope that it will help the new players to grasp the game faster, and the veteran players to learn a couple of new tricks. For example, we will explain in more detail the Surrender mechanic or the damage calculation rules. It should be especially helpful to the players who are new to the wargame genre.
Express your opinion
If the video was helpful for you - let us know in the comments here or on YouTube and leave a "like". You could also subscribe to our YouTube channel to make sure you do not miss the next episodes. Also, if you want to ask us some additional questions about the mechanics - you are most welcome!

Have a good weekend!

British Heavy Armored Cars

Armored cars are commonly used for reconnaissance and other deployments that require speed, maneuverability and discretion.

AEC Armoured Car is not exactly the stealthiest recon vehicle. But boy, could it kill an enemy tank.

The heaviest and the most armored vehicle in its class, AEC Armoured Car was conceived as a wheeled tank, cheaper and faster to make than a tracked one. Its powerful engine also allowed for some heavy armaments, and so AEC Armoured Car Mk II was fitted with a 6-pounder gun, while AEC Armoured Car Mk III received a fearsome 75-mm cannon - weapons matching those of the British tanks.
In the game
It is somewhat similar to the Soviet BA-10 and German Puma - a recon car with a powerful gun able to penetrate tank’s armour. So, it could both scout out and ambush the enemy’s armor. Thus, it is a very versatile unit.
