Update content：

1. Optimized the CDs for first equipped ‘skills’ and ‘Tactical Weapons’and can now be used much more quickly.
2. Optimized the segment bit acquisition rules of part segments.
3. Added the ability to select release distance for tactical weapons. Players could select 3 different release positions and switch using the "X" key.

4. The initial munitions of L-1, T55, M60 and MK6 were adjusted to 10 AP and 10 HE.
