Version 2.2.14 : animation improvements and bug fixes

Visuals : Improved side step animations, and some vanilla shot animations.
Visuals : Fixed rendering problem with in/out challenge displays, introduced in v2.2.13.
Bug fix : Fixed bug when using dropshot or lob button when a smash spot is displayed.
Bug fix : Fixed crash when trying to skip match celebration scene at the very end of it.

Version 2.2.13 : Cosmetic changes and fix

Cosmetic : Small display changes for tournament and court selection.
Bug fix : Fixed visual glitch when automatic replay was launched during scoreboard animation.

v2.2.12 : Fixed problem in v2.2.11

v2.2.11 forced OpenGL mode at launch. You may want to switch back to DirectX if you prefer it for any reason (performance or rendering issues).
