[Announcement] Known issues on June 14, 2024 (Resolved)
Dear player,
[h3]We have identified an issue with the 3rd reward (Class Buff Scroll Box) of Guild Achievement on the Season Server. [/h3]
When opening the Class buff scroll box (3rd reward), 10 items were supposed to be provided, but currently, only 1 item is being delivered.
Class Buff Scroll Box Components
The issue will be modified in the next maintenance.
If you already received the box and used it, please submit the following details to the CS center with the below info.
Character Name: Item Unbox Time (UTC/PDT/KST):
We will provide additional items after verifying the information.

The issue was resolved after the scheduled maintenance on Jun 25, 2024.
