Game controls update

Hi All

I've had a couple of reports of players not realizing they can change camera angles, or how to boost speed.

The key controls are in the manual but, yeah, I don't read those either.

In the next version of the game the first time screen for new plays will show all keys and a new menu will show it again



We will be working on key bind configuration soon as well.
