[p]As we wrap up 2025, we’re rolling out a New Year update. Some changes will arrive gradually—the holiday content will unlock in stages.[/p][p][/p][p]New Year season & holiday content
• Holiday content in a Viking theme: new fittings and loot boxes (released in stages).
• A special highlight of the season is the uniquely styled Jötunfang tank in three variants: Mk1 / Mk2 / Mk3 (released in stages).
• The New Year hangar is back—and optimized compared to last year.
• We’ve prepared festive decorations for battle maps; they’ll activate closer to the start of the events to set the right holiday mood.[/p][p]Effects & visuals
• Significant visual work: the updated effects system now uses triggers, making the image richer and more dynamic.
• New mud-spray effects from under the tracks, depending on surface type.
• Updated impact effects across different surface types.
• Improved golden shell muzzle effect, plus a refined destruction effect when using golden shells.
• During events, the look of gunfire may change.
• When graphics are set above Medium, enhanced post-processing turns on automatically (soft bloom and global color correction).[/p][p]• Updated vehicle firing sounds + added sound variations for different distances. [/p][p]• Dynamic lighting has been improved.[/p][p]Vehicle updates
We refreshed the appearance of several vehicles to better match modern standards:[/p]

[p]Battle Pass
• Battle Pass rewards are now clearer and easier to claim. If you unlock new BP stages (with rewards) during a battle, they’re grouped into a separate block after the match and offered for collection.[/p][p]Economy & UI
• A long-standing request: selling vehicles from your hangar has returned.
• Event-specific currencies now appear only where they’re actually used and are automatically hidden after the event ends.
• Rank-up currency is also temporarily hidden—the rank system is slated for a rework.[/p][p]Combat readability
• Tank outlines have been updated and made thicker. Vehicle silhouettes are now easier to read, especially in fast-paced battles.[/p][p]New vehicle
• This update adds the modern medium tank SK-105 Cuirassier.[/p][p]Technical improvements
• Improved stability when connections drop.
• Graphics and performance settings optimized, including festive decorations on battle maps.
• On some devices with certain processors, Low graphics will be enabled by default to ensure stable performance and smooth controls.
• The game has been migrated to a new engine version; issues after the migration have been fixed.
• Numerous other small but important fixes.

6.6 Update

[Battle]
Battle end rules have been changed.
Now the battle continues as long as players have tanks in their combat squad or until the timer runs out.
Previously, the battle ended when the last player on a team lost their tank.

Added the ability to customize the position of elements in the battle interface.
You can now configure visible control elements to suit your preferences.

[Battle]
Tank destruction now includes a new explosion effect with turret detachment in certain situations.

The matchmaking system has been updated.
It now primarily uses the combat power of the tank squad.
Attention — the system will continue to be adjusted during live operation.

[Content]
Preparation for the transition to Seasons, new vehicles and cosmetics.
We are moving from the old system — a separate Battle Pass each month — to a large three-month Season, within which new Chapters with rewards will be added each month.

New reward system — Crates.
Try your luck: open new Crates that may contain new vehicles and Season progress.

All quest tasks have been moved to a unified tab.
