Bug fixes and improvements

• Improvements to Server Stability
  
• The matchmaking system has been improved regarding players who join a game in progress.
  
• Fixed a bug that caused the cross-hair/reticle to be hidden when the UI was turned off.
  
• Fixed a bug that caused animations to freeze when another player left the game during the Winning Team Ceremony.
  
• Client optimization and FPS improvements (Work-in-progress)
