Bug fixes and improvements

• Fixed a bug that prevented use of the Syringe when HP was under a certain threshold.
  
• Added the Syringe to some of the boxes in the store.
  
• Extended the Dual Season
  
• Corrected the Winter Karambit's Preview Rotation
  
• Corrected a bug that allowed animations to be cancelled when inputting the Plant/Defuse key and the Quick Melee key at the same time. In this regard, 'Quick Melee' and the 'Use' key's can no longer be inputted at the same time.
