We have listened to a lot of your feedback regarding the Spring Season Event and specifically the absence of the Spring Box Coupon Event.
In response to this we held an emergency meeting and decided to add an event for all the users who help keep our servers up and running!

Event Details
All users who have shown exceptional generosity and support by purchasing Spring boxes during the 2021 Spring Event will be eligible to receive a Spring Box Selection Coupon,
allowing them to choose any Rare or Special item from the box to receive instantly. This reward can only be obtained once for the event.

Coupons will be delivered in batches at around 2pm KST on weekdays.
Delivery may be delayed depending on the volume of applications.

Q: If I buy more than 200 boxes, can I get several coupons?
A: No, unfortunately you can only receive the coupon once.

Q: I don't remember how many boxes I have bought so far.
A: Please contact Wiple_Brilson or Wiple_Taylor on the official Ironsight Discord or send an email to [email protected] and we will confirm your current progress.

Q: I already received the item I want from the box by chance. If I purchased more than 100 boxes, can I receive a refund for all the boxes I purchased after 100?
A: Unfortunately, there is no way to refund purchased items.

Q: When will the Coupon Event end?
A: Applications will be accepted as long as the Spring Season Box is sold in the store.
