On June 21 Ironsight will be celebrating it's 3rd anniversary since it's launch on Steam.

Over the past 3 years, Ironsight has been able to improve greatly thanks to all of it's users.

A lot of feedback from all of you has helped us improve the games problems steadily.
Your interest in the game has been the driving force behind the service we have been able to provide.Thank you for all of your interest and continued enjoyment of our game, we will continue to work harder and repay you for your support!.

Hello everyone this is the Ironsight Team.

The Season 9 update is now live!

The Season 9 Battle Pass includes high-tech weapons, drones, and robots that have been manufactured and produced by MiliTech.

Among them are the new, next-generation custom robots which are controlled manually by mercenary players. This new robot will help to reduce casualties on the battlefield, whilst also proving efficient in battle. Various customization options will also be available at launch.

New weapons will also be released, including the UMP45 and the Skeleton Knife.

The UMP45 is an SMG weapon specializing in effectively overpowering opponents in close-ranged combat. The Skeleton Knife’s light frame allows it to be used swiftly and powerfully whenever the need arises.

Additionally, various unique skins and collection materials for the new Rampage Tar-21 collection weapon are also included in the new Battle Pass. All of these items can be acquired by progressing the Battle Pass.

[h3]7.Resource Takeover Returns[/h3]

An upgraded version of the Resource Takeover mode has returned! The Sentinels become stronger with each stage, and spawn along with snipers and self-destructing bombers. Destroy the Sentinels and collect any resources they drop; but make sure to keep an eye out for the enemy team who are also looking to acquire the Sentinels’ resources!

[h3]9.New Skill - Stealth[/h3]

[Stealth] Undetectable by enemy drones and heat-sensitive scopes.

[h3]10.New Sniper Attachment - Cheek Pad[/h3]

The sway reduction trait which was attached to the Viper Scope up until now has been removed and added as a new attachment. Attach this cheek pad to the side of the sniper’s butt-stock in order to reduce kick-back and reduce weapon sway.
*There are no additional model changes when equipping the Cheek Pad.

With the launch of the new Custom Robot Character, new challenges have also been added. Rather than being obtained by chance through the Costume Box, Custom Robot Parts can be earned through various different challenges as you play the game.

These challenges are permanent and will remain in effect even after the season has ended.

[h3]Battle Pass Details[/h3]

• Access the Battle Pass in the bottom right corner of the main lobby screen. Here you can inspect all 100 tiers and check your current progress.
  
  
• The Battle Pass can be bought by itself or as part of a bundle package which comes with more tiers already unlocked.
  
• The base Battle Pass comes with 3 tiers unlocked and can be bought for 9,900 W coin, whereas the bundle comes with 20 tiers already unlocked and can be bought for 24,000 W coin.
  
• These tier unlocks are applied to your current progress when buying the Battle Pass. For example, if you are currently on tier 7 when you buy the base Battle Pass, you will unlock 3 tiers and instantly be boosted to tier 10. If you are on tier 20 when you buy the Battle Pass Bundle, you will unlock 20 tiers and instantly be boosted to tier 40.
  
• After buying the Battle Pass, you will have the option to purchase as many tiers as you want using Chips. (Each tier costs 15 Chips)
  
  
• Each tier costs 15 Chips to unlock.
  
  
• You will progress through the Battle Pass as you earn XP in Ironsight. The bar at the bottom of the Battle Pass screen displays your current progress.
  
  
• You can also check your Battle Pass progress at the end of each game on the Match Results screen.
  

[h3]Battle Pass FAQ[/h3]

Q : How do I activate the Battle Pass??
A : The free course of the Battle Pass will be automatically activated on all accounts. In order to activate the paid course, you will need to purchase the Battle Pass in-game with W Coins.

Q : What is the difference between free tiers and paid tiers?
A : The paid course provides rewards for all 100 tiers whereas the free course only provides rewards for select tiers.

Q : If I purchase the Battle Pass, do I still receive the Free track rewards?
A : Yes, if you purchase the Battle Pass you will receive the paid rewards as well as the free rewards.

Q : What happens if I decide to buy the Battle Pass later?
A : If you already made progress in the Battle Pass before deciding to buy it, all previous paid tier rewards will be unlocked instantly when you purchase the battle pass.

Q : Is it possible to continue progressing in the Battle Pass after the season ends?
A : No, the Battle Pass is only available for a limited time and once the season ends, the Battle Pass will no longer be active and the remaining rewards will no longer be obtainable.

Q : Will I keep the Battle Pass items and be able to use them after the season ends?
A : Yes, you will be able to keep and use all items that you have earned in the Battle Pass even after the season has concluded.

Q : Are the items obtainable in the Battle Pass exclusive?
A : Yes, all items are exclusive to the Battle Pass and cannot be obtained in any other way.

Q : Are there any extra rewards available after obtaining all Battle Pass rewards?
A : Once you have completed tier 100, there are no extra rewards available.

Q : Do all skins in the Battle Pass come with a special reload animation?
A : No. Special animations are only available for some skins. If you would like to check if a weapon comes with a special reload animation, please test it out using the gun-range.

With Season 8 coming to a close, it is time to have a sneak preview at what is to come in the upcoming season!

This new season introduces a plethora of new high-tech weapons, drones, and robots which have been presented by MiliTech.
Among these new technologies is the newly introduced custom robot! Rather than being an autonomous AI, these robots are controlled manually by mercenary players. Furthermore, MiliTech has ongoing plans for upgrading these custom parts in various ways in the future!

Season 8 will end on the 15th of June. At the end of the season, you will no longer be able to progress the Battle Pass or participate in any ranked matches, and some special products included in the Battle Pass will no longer be available to acquire.

Hello everyone, this is the Ironsight team.

Recently the development team has been working on correcting matchmaking bugs which have been accumulating over time. Everyday we track the logs, find the reproduction steps, and either fix the bug or add additional logging tools if the reproduction steps are uncertain or unable to be found. We then proceed to patch the issues in real time.

Further details about these bug fixes can be found below, and we will continue to work on correcting and improving any inconveniences and difficulties you may be experiencing.

Maintenance is scheduled to take two hours as we apply the latest update along with server stability processes.

Server maintenance will take place on Wednesday, June 8th.
Please make sure to disconnect from the servers in advance in order to avoid any issues.

• Fixed an issue where joining a lobby during the team balance stage caused the join to cancel.
  
• Fixed an issue that failed to cancel matchmaking when a party member left the party via the escape key.
  
• Fixed an issue where matchmaking was cancelled after it was not properly cancelled when delegating party leadership during matchmaking.
  
• Fixed an issue where matchmaking was cancelled when trying to join a lobby that is in an inaccessible state.
