
Hello everyone, this is the Ironsight team.
In order to create an enjoyable experience across the globe, Ironsight has 10 servers located in many parts of the world, operating in North America (West, Center, East), Europe (Germany, France), South America (Brazil), and Asia (Korea, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong).
Among our efforts to improve the netcode, we are working to provide the best experience possible through physical and technical improvements, as well as releasing several patches with improvements.
This update adds new Network Packet Loss and Network Status Indicators that will help identify in real-time what connection problems you are experiencing.
Whilst playing you can use these new notifications to understand what kind of circumstances you are in whenever an issue arises. Whenever you face an issue, please report it to Customer Service. The update also includes more detailed logs that will allow the team to gain a deeper understanding of any issues you may encounter.

Server maintenance will take place on Wednesday, May 4th.
Please make sure to disconnect from the servers in advance in order to avoid any issues.

Bug Fixes and Improvements[/h3]
- [Capture the Flag] Rust has been removed from the map pool. [Added on May 04]
- [Achievements] Fixed a bug causing Assassin achievement to not progress correctly with the use of some melee weapons. [Added on May 04]

- Fixed a bug where the Storm Shield Barrier was not properly blocking damage.
- Fixed a bug where players could not see other players Emotes during the winning ceremony.
- Fixed a bug causing the game to abnormally end as soon as the match begins.
- Improved the third-person animations when the upper body is bent forward/back.
- (When ‘Display FPS’ is enabled) Added a min/max ping display at the top of the screen.
This displays your lowest and highest ping during the match.
- (When ‘Display FPS’ is enabled) Added a packet loss display at the top of the screen.
This displays the percentage of packets lost during the match.
- Added Network Packet Loss and Network Status Icons.

- Packet Loss
This icon will be displayed when packets are lost due to network instability during the transmission/reception of network packets with the server.
- High Latency
This icon signifies that the delay with the server is high, leading to an increase in desynchronization, and a worse play experience.
- Latency Variation
This icon will be displayed when your latency to the server fluctuates significantly over a short period of time.
