Guildenstern reporting for duty!

Patch 1.0.7:

• Added a new cop named Guildenstern (because of course!)
  
• Fixed a bug that caused cops who die or get injured during the last day to participate in the final mission
  
• Difficulty level for the final mission tweaked a bit
  
• Now you can proceed with your gang investigation right away even when you have interrogated/tortured your informant after 01:00
  
• Some other minor fixes and improvements
