A recently identified security vulnerability within Unity has been spotted, and while there is currently no evidence of impact on users, we’re taking all relevant steps to ensure you’re on the latest and safest version of the game.

To keep you safe, we’ve released a new patch that addresses the issue. Please update your game as soon as possible to stay protected.

Neon Abyss is participating in the Steam Panda Game Sale 2025 from May 21st to 27th! During this event, we'll not only showcase alongside many premium Chinese games with a historical low discount, but also host exciting interactive giveaways to help you win game keys of Neon Abyss !

And one more thing: The public demo for Neon Abyss 2 will soon be available on Steam, with plans to launch the Early Access version within this year. In this demo, we aim to demonstrate the fully upgraded gameplay systems from the first game – including the weapon system and Hatchmon System – as well as brand-new features like the Faith System and online co-op!

We’ve just shared our new trailer for Neon Abyss 2, and we’re thrilled to announce our Early Access release date for July 17th.

The doors to the upgraded Abyss 2.0 will be opening in July, allowing you to take part in Abyss combat using upgraded weaponry, new and evolving Hatchimons, our new Faith system and up-to four-player online co-op as well!

You can join up with friends or jump in with other Cybermyth Combatants worldwide to journey through the new halls of the Abyss 2.0. In addition, release into Early Access means that you’ll have the opportunity to help our development team as we progress towards full launch of the new Abyss, as well.

The upgraded Abyss 2.0 looks to evolve everything you loved about the original game. We’ve worked to keep the core of what made Neon Abyss special, while adding in new features and capabilities which are only possible through re-building and re-shaping of the Abyss.



But July’s Early Access release isn’t the only way you can get in touch with Neon Abyss 2. We are currently rolling out a two-player co-operative multiplayer playtest. In this new playtest, we’ll be asking Cybermyth Combatants to dive in with a friend (or find a partner in our official Discord) to experience what the upgraded Abyss has to offer.
