0.3.02 Hotfix

Just a few small fixes for todays update. Fix include

Animals now drop meat when killed
Softer footstep sounds
Turned on the rest of the Dialog for the Trader
Can now buy and sale with the trader
Added some new loot to the Carpenter Cabin
