Update 0.2.18

A quick update of fixes for the update earlier today.

- Can now sell items to the vendor
- Apples will now increase your hunger and thirst
- Apples now have eating sound
- Moved quick bar back to the bottom middle, now all items that you use ,
consume, and place have to be in the quick bar to be used or placed.
- Improved trigger for picking up the vine
