Atomfall® | One Year On

This week we celebrate Atomfall®'s one year anniversary.

Since waking up in an abandoned bunker with no memory of who you are or how you got there, more than 3.5 million players have spent over 17 million hours exploring the Quarantine Zone. And, players have collectively discovered a whopping 196 million leads while attempting to solve the mystery of what happened at the Windscale nuclear power station.

Navigating the Quarantine Zone isn’t without risk and there have been over 42.3 million players deaths inside this beguiling, picture-perfect slice of Northern England. But, of all the horrors lurking throughout the Quarantine Zone, the B.A.R.D Robots have proven the deadliest enemy, accounting for 15% of all player deaths – that’s over 6.3 million unlucky gamers!

But players have certainly not gone down without a fight. Over 500,000 B.A.R.D Robots have been destroyed during firefights. And, showing their sneakier side, players have racked up over 25.5 million kills with the Bow and Arrow, making it Atomfall’s most lethal weapon.

It’s not all doom and gloom inside the Quarantine Zone, however. In between infiltrating Protocol military bases and exploring Feral infested bunkers, players have taken the time to indulge in some classic British pastimes. These include eating over 16.8 million Cornish Pasties (swiftly followed by 2.2 million slices of cake!) and collecting more than 6.9 million classic comics scattered across the Quarantine Zone.

Since launch, Atomfall has received widespread critical acclaim. Most recently, the game has been honoured as Best British Console Game at the UKIE awards and is also nominated in the Best British Game category at the upcoming 2026 BAFTA Game Awards.

Atomfall® is available Steam, Atomfall® is Certified on Steam Deck. Atomfall is also apart of the Steam Spring Sale until March 26th

Xbox Game Pass Brings Star Wars, Final Fantasy, Resident Evil and More In January!

Every month, Xbox Game Pass ups its offerings to provide gamers with new gameplay experiences, and for January, they’re bringing Star Wars Outlaws and Final Fantasy to the catalogue.

The time has come once again, the time of the month when Xbox Game Pass adds a slew of new titles to their subscription service and removes a few others to make room, is here. Xbox has rolled out the red carpet once again for Ubisoft in January 2026, and now that the entire Assassin’s Creed franchise has been placed onto the service (along with a steep price hike and new tiers), Xbox has brought Star Wars Outlaws.

Last month, Xbox Game Pass made big additions with the inclusion of Mortal Kombat 1, ROUTINE, and more, while at the same time taking titles off the catalogue like Hell Let Loose and Still Wakes The Deep.

While many quality additions are being added to the service, Resident Evil Village is a standout option, considering how close Resident Evil: Requiem is to its... Read more
