I wanted to share the latest game I’ve been working on. Dreadwoods Gatekeeper is a story-driven medieval fantasy gatekeeping simulation.

Much like Scheming Through, this game is heavily story-driven. It will focus on a gatekeeping job simulator, a mystery-thriller story with many characters and layers, and a touch of bow combat that you’ll master alongside the protagonist.



You arrive in the small town of Dreadwoods to take on the job of gatekeeper. The previous guard was killed, the townsfolk cling to strange superstitions, barricading their homes at the sound of the Minster bell, and new rumors of a monster lurking in the woods are spreading.

As we are about to launch Episode 2 very soon, I went through a few minor things to fix/improve Episode 1.

- Few localization fixes
- At the end, items are automatically transferred so players don’t have to click on each single item.
- Splash screens are skippable on ESC.
- A few more minor details.
