It's been a long time since there was a devblog, for which I apologize. The enormous amount of work on the game and the upcoming Steam Festival are doing their job!
And as for the festival, what you can expect in the near future in the patch_test branch and on the day of the festival - on the default branch. First of all, the heavily modified UI, basically every 2d graphic element has been improved or made from scratch. This was all to improve the readability of the texts, which was a big problem, as well as to make the game easier to understand, so I think we achieved a satisfactory result here.
Then you can expect new gameplay mechanisms, which are still missing in the basic Prologue, such as religion, regional map interactions, etc.
Additionally, I'm implementing some of your ideas as well as improving the long list of bugs you keep telling me and I'm very grateful for that.
How much of this will be done by the time of the festival we'll see, but I really want to show you this game from another, better side.
I have a lot of material from the game to show and a little more time for you, so now I can regularly publish devblogs again, because there is finally something to write about.
What will I show from the game this time? I don't want to show ready-made monuments available in the game, but I'm very tempted to insert at least one screen, so I'm inserting two views on a model of one temple that can be built in the game. If you know what this temple is named, write in the commentary!
