- changed third person cams to turn off HUD info on deaths
- fixed "killed by" msg not showing in third person cams
- fixed inst of hitmarker errors in third person cam mode

- added clock to main menu timeout that pops with sfx
- added map visuals when using Rainbow Rounds config
- changed C4 so can det during death but not while away
- fixed C4 ammo still dropping when infinite ammo on
- fixed a muz flash mem issue with out of ammo clicks
- fixed inst of seeing PB and LT guns while restocking
- fixed main menu attract sounds not playing on time

- changed Dual Pistols aim to hide flashing
- changed ballcam applause to any distance
- fixed Dual Pistols staying on for heli
- fixed zoom off on auto empty switching
