[Conqueror's Blade] Violation Penalties
Conqueror's Blade is run for the sake of players, and we work hard on creating a fair and just game environment. We have zero tolerance toward those who break our regulations and will crack down upon any such behavior to maintain a healthy game environment!
Common violations mainly include, but are not limited to, the following:

[h3]Minor Violations[/h3]
24-hour mute——For a first minor chat violation (those not including racial discrimination, improper remarks related to nations, improper sales, comments on hacks, leveling services.), abusive language, spam, etc.
72-hour mute——For a second minor chat violation (those not including racial discrimination, improper remarks related to nations, improper sales, comments on hacks, leveling services.), abusive language, spam, etc.
7-day mute——For a third minor chat violation (those not including racial discrimination, improper remarks related to nations, improper sales, comments on hacks, leveling services.), abusive language, spam, etc.
30-day mute——Multiple minor chat violations (those not including racial discrimination, improper remarks related to nations, improper sales, comments on hacks, leveling services.), or if a single player violates this on multiple characters.
[h3]Severe Violations[/h3]
7-day ban ——For a first severe chat violation (racial discrimination, improper remarks related to nations, improper sales, comments on hacks, leveling services).
30-day ban——For a second severe chat violation (racial discrimination, improper remarks related to nations, improper sales, comments on hacks, leveling services.). This includes violations of the same player on multiple characters.
10-year ban——For multiple severe chat violations (racial discrimination, improper remarks related to nations, improper sales, comments on hacks, leveling services.). This includes violations of the same player on multiple characters.

Forced name change——Nicknames that violate our regulations (minor naming violations: those not including racial discrimination, improper remarks related to nations, improper sales, comments on hacks, leveling services.).
[h3]Severe Violations[/h3]
7-day ban and forced name change——The first nickname of that player that severely violates our regulations (racial discrimination, improper remarks related to nations, improper sales, comments on hacks, leveling services).
30-day ban and forced name change——The second nickname of that player that severely violates our regulations (racial discrimination, improper remarks related to nations, improper sales, comments on hacks, leveling services).
10-year ban and forced name change——Multiple nicknames of that player that severely violate our regulations (racial discrimination, improper remarks related to nations, improper sales, comments on hacks, leveling services).
[h2]THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE USAGE[/h2]
Permanent ban——Having been found to use or have used third-party software, including but not limited to, cheats, automatic scripts, and modifiers.
Using unallowed third-party software to perform in-game actions——These include but are not limited to cheats, automatic scripts, and modifiers. Actions such as these are harmful to the game at large and seriously affect the fairness of gameplay. Using such hacks/software adversely affects the client and servers' stability, and may lead to you having your account stolen.
We will crack down on and severely punish anyone using third-party software that violates our regulations and anyone using any type of hacks.
[h2]OBSTRUCTIVE CONDUCT[/h2]
Obstructive conduct includes but not limited to Negative behaviors, deliberate friendly fire, quit battles before ends, AFK, etc.
1. (Minor) suspension time: Restricted from playing matched battles for 2 hours——Being detected of or reported for obstructive conduct in 1-5 recent battles (includes PvE and PVP).
2. (Medium) suspension time: Character will be unable to partake in other modes, and must first complete 10 Training Camp (AI) matches with an A+ or better ranking ——Being detected of or reported for obstructive conduct in 5-10 recent battles (includes PvE and PVP).
3. (Serious) suspension time: Character will be unable to partake in other modes, and must first complete 10 Training Camp (AI) matches with an S rating——Being detected of or reported for obstructive conduct in 10-15 recent battles (includes PvE and PVP).
4. 7-day soft ban——Being detected of or reported for obstructive conduct in 15-50 recent battles (includes PvE and PVP).
5. 30-day soft ban——Being detected of or reported for obstructive conduct in 50+ recent battles (includes PvE and PVP).
6. Permanent ban——Those found to have been penalized for obstructive conduct multiple times due to, including but not limited to, using multiple alternate characters, scrips, or multi-clienting.
[h2]House (Territory War) Violations[/h2]
Using third-party software to gain an advantage in Territory War——Houses found to have been using third-party software in Territory War will be penalized depending on the situation. If a house is found to have done so purposefully, their prestige will be set to 0 whether or not their actions garnered them any benefits. All fiefs in their possession will also be returned to their rightful lords.
[h2]IMPROPER TRADING[/h2]
Topping up using any non-official channel, or obtaining sovereigns in any way that violates our regulations.
Be suspect of fraudulent trading.
Those deemed responsible for any of the above may have their accounts banned, purchased items revoked and will be required to top-up to make up for the disparity.
[h2]Malicious Abuse of Loopholes[/h2]
1. To, in a game or otherwise, maliciously abuse unintended bugs to disrupt the game order, game fairness, or severely affect the gameplay experience of others. Offenders will have their accounts banned for 7-30 days based on the severity of the offense.
2. Maliciously abusing loopholes or third-party software to perform actions that violate our regulations, severely affect the game, affect the fairness of the game, or to get unjustified gains (including virtual items & property). We may perform rollbacks based on each different situation, and those found to have been maliciously abusing loopholes will have their accounts banned (permanently for severe enough cases).
We will not under any circumstance compensate offenders for any loss of earnings or limited items missed during the course of their account ban. We implore that everyone works to maintain a fair gaming environment that everyone can thrive in.
[h2][Ranked Battle] Negative Behavior Violation Penalties [/h2]
1. Accounts found out to have been throwing games or resorted to severely negative behavior (including but not limited to intentionally leaving mid-game, AFKing, intentionally attacking allies) may be subject to the following penalties:
- First offenders: Characters on that account will be unable to partake in Ranked Battle for 7 days.
- If a character is found to violate the aforementioned two times, it will be banned for 1 month.
- Throwing games multiple times will lead to a permanent ban.
2. Penalties of the first article may be incurred at the same time as other penalties of the same type, including chat violations, usage of third-party programs, and other actions that severely affect the gameplay experience of other players. In special cases, the offending character may have part or all of their Ranked Score removed based on the severity of the violation.
Note: Offenders will be unable to partake in Ranked Battle on their account during its ban. We implore that everyone works to maintain a fair gaming environment that everyone can thrive in.
[h2]PENALTY INFORMATION[/h2]
•Mute——Being unable to send chat messages.
•Soft ban——While a soft ban is in effect on someone's account, their qualification to partake in tournaments they are currently partaking in is also revoked.
•Forced name change——They will be forced to change their character's name.
• (Minor) suspension time——The character will not be able to partake in most game modes for the duration of the penalty and need to remain online to reduce their penalty time.
• (Medium) suspension time——The character will not be able to partake in other modes, and must first complete xx Training Camp (AI) games with a rating of A+.
• (Serious) suspension time: Character will be unable to partake in other modes, and must first complete xx Training Camp (AI) matches with an S rating.
(In special situations, we reserve the right to adjust violation regulations and to apply stricter penalties when we deem required)
Our game's ecology and fair gameplay have and always will be a cornerstone of Conqueror's Blade. It is something we continue to work towards.
We will work together with the community to monitor and crack down upon the violations elicited above. For serious offenses, we reserve the right to pursue criminal responsibility through legal means.
Should you encounter anyone violating any of the above while playing the game, kindly Report them or contact us via our communities in a timely manner. We will deal with any kind of violation most severely.
