[h2]Knightfall Commandment Season Server Transfer Rules[/h2]
As the Knightfall Season is about to end, a new season will soon begin. We're offering an opportunity for generals to perform a server transfer.
[h3]Server Transfer Time:[/h3]
- The transfer server service for this Season is expected to open for registration after the Maintenance on November 30th, 2023, and the registration will close on December 13th, 2023 at 23:59 (UTC+8).
- After successfully applying for a transfer, the character will directly enter the transfer status and complete the character transfer within 15-30 minutes;
- Characters that have successfully transferred servers cannot transfer again within 30 days;

All servers engage in mutual transfers; refer to the server transfer UI for specific details.
[h3]Transfer Cost[/h3]
It will cost 600 Sovereigns to transfer between servers.
[h3]Transfer Restrictions[/h3]
There are no character creation restrictions for this server transfer, allowing players to freely transfer servers based on their actual situation.
[h3]Transfer Quotas[/h3]
There is no quota limit for this server transfer. Generals can freely transfer servers based on their actual situations.
[h3]How to Transfer:[/h3]
Choose the character you want to transfer and enter the game. Open the system menu (ESC), select Account Service - Character Transfer, and click to open the transfer action UI: Select the target server you want to transfer to and click OK to transfer. At this time, the system will deduct a certain amount of transfer fees in Sovereigns. The character will be forcibly logged out and enter the "Transferring" status. The original server will no longer display the character that has applied for transfer. The entire transfer process takes about 15-30 minutes. After the transfer is complete, you can log in to the target server. If there is a large number of simultaneous transfer requests, the waiting time for transfers will be extended. Generals, please be patient and pay attention to the prompts and information on the character login interface.
[h3]Important:[/h3]
- After submitting a server transfer application, the character will enter the transfer status in real-time and cannot be revoked. Please carefully consider before applying for a server transfer.
- After submitting the transfer application, the current character cannot be deleted.
- When applying for server transfer, the character must leave their House (Imperial Restorationists and Free House), and cannot join a House during the server transfer application period.
- After successfully transferring servers, the character's friends and blacklist information will be cleared. When entering the target server, players need to re-select their region.
- The following items and resources may be brought during the transfer:
1) When transferring servers, you can only bring items and materials in your backpack, Supply Dump, Wagon, and Savings with you.
2) Items and resources listed on the Auctioneers cannot be carried over when transferring servers. Please make sure to clear your Auctioneers listings in advance to avoid any losses.
3) Emails and the items enclosed in them can be successfully transferred to the new server. - After applying for a server transfer, the Alliance Ran king will be cleared.
1) After a successful character transfer, the personal ranking data and rankings from the original server are cleared.
2) After a successful character transfer, if the original house has only that character and has a score, the score of the original house will be deducted from the Alliance Ranking in the original server.
3) After a successful Character transfer, if the character's House is part of an Alliance, the Alliance has a Score, and the character's House contributes to the Alliance's Score with the character being the only member, then the contribution of the character's original House will be deducted from the Alliance Ranking in the original server.
4) After a successful character transfer, if the character originally belonged to a guard camp, then the character's data and ranking will be removed from the Alliance Ranking. - Duplicate Names :
After transferring servers, if there is a character with the same name as yours on the target server, you will need to set a new name when you first log in to the new server after the transfer is successful. - Server Transfer Cooldown:
Characters who have successfully transferred servers cannot transfer again within 30 days. - Extra Information:
A character may be unable to log in to the target server if that server has login restrictions. Please ensure that you can log in to a server before transferring a character.
