CBL: May 26 EU Region Finals Highlights
YB vs WSS [Hidden City / White Elk Fort / Grasslands] 3-2
[previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]
Round 1 (YB Attack - WSS Defense, Hidden City)
YB's opening offensive struggle led to several skirmishes with WSS, finally concentrating forces to scale the wall via a single Siege Tower with 4 minutes remaining. WSS's surround neutralized the attack. Follow-up attempts stalled at the tower, draining time, as WSS held strong defensively.
Round 2 (WSS Attack - YB Defense, Hidden City)
YB strategically abandoned point A, sparking a fiercer confrontation at the B point path. Opting for a bait-and-circle tactic, YB initially struggled but leveraged shorter supply lines to fend off WSS. WSS's extended supply lines led to a second assault failure, allowing YB to even the score.
Round 3 (WSS Attack - YB Defense, White Elk Fort)
WSS commenced an attack from the broken wall to A, only to be blasted away by YB's defense anchored on Siphonarioi and Shenji Grenadiers. Next round saw WSS targeting the right stairs, yet facing Shenji Grenadiers’ firepower before engagement. Though they briefly seized A, YB's ongoing reinforcement led to WSS's faltering, earning YB another victory.
Round 4 (YB Attack - WSS Defense, White Elk Fort)
YB's scattered harassment diluted their frontal power, leading to a failed first assault on A. Hastily pushing forward without regrouping, YB suffered significant losses as WSS methodically countered their attacks, eventually exhausting time in vain, drawing the score to 2-2.
Round 5 (Grasslands)
YB initiated a blitz on A and C points , splitting forces for strategic control over the upper supply point to press WSS hard. Then Focusing forces, YB isolated and seized an unsupported B point, enforcing progress through triple-point dominance. YB's main bulk pressured the WSS's base, securing victory with full capture progress, advancing with a 3-2 triumph.

CBL 2025: May 25th APAC Region Finals Highlights

[previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]
Match 1: BOD vs PAE [Harbour City / Reginopolis / Grasslands] 2-3
Round 1 (BOD attack – PAE defend, Harbour City)
BOD stacked up at the side gate, spotted the PAE swarm, then quickly rotated and split forces at the main gate to snipe the right supply. They rushed the base flag, but were spread thin and failed on the first push. Next, a heavy assault on the left supply point was constantly disrupted by PAE heroes. In the grand finale, PAE held their ground in base until the clock hit zero—first-round defense for PAE!
Round 2 (PAE attack – BOD defend, Harbour City)
PAE launched down the right stairs to hit the right supply, but BOD pushed up for an early fight. Even so, PAE’s cavalry doubled back, smashed through, and took the point, leaving both sides bleeding evenly. In the base siege though, PAE split their forces too often and had no punch up front, getting repelled over and over by BOD. Time out—score tied!
Round 3 (PAE attack – BOD defend, Reginopolis)
BOD gave up the front and both teams clashed for the first time at the C-point platform. PAE locked BOD down, bombarded them with trebuchet, and snagged C with ease. In the C-point backyard, PAE led with artillery, and with BOD lacking heavies and support units, they got swept. At the base, PAE’s second wave overran the outnumbered defenders, racking up another win.
Round 4 (BOD attack – PAE defend, Reginopolis)
PAE gave up the early points, locking in at C for a hard defense. BOD flanked and took the rear C supply, split their push from the side and back gates. After PAE plugged the side, BOD burst through the front, squeezed the defenders, and snatched C. In the end, BOD stormed in mid, surrounded the last PAE troops, and took base for the equalizer—2-2!
Round 5 (Grasslands)
BOD grabbed B and C first, but PAE pulled out the “double pressure, B-point all-in” strat—constant C-point raids while sending the main force to smash and retake B on raw numbers. When BOD made their own B-point push, PAE dug in and held out to the bitter end. With more points capped as the timer hit zero, PAE sealed it 3-2 and took the final victory!
TWT vs SDYL [Heilung Fjord / White Elk Fort / Grasslands] 2-3

Round 1 (TWT Attack - SDYL Defense, Heilung Fjord)
TWT swiftly moved to Point A after some back-and-forth at Points A and B, using the Siphonarioi for maximum output. When their main force faltered, they brought in cavalry to crush SDYL. In the base battle, TWT launched a surprise attack from the left path, while SDYL mistakenly reinforced from Supply Point C, allowing TWT to capture the flag and turn the tables. SDYL fell due to terrain disadvantages, giving TWT the first victory.
Round 2 (SDYL Attack - TWT Defense, Heilung Fjord)
SDYL seized the chance as TWT struggled to secure their position, quickly capturing Point A and gaining unit advantage. At Point C, SDYL used artilleries to compress TWT's space, strategically deploying forces to maximize their advantage, steadily pushing and seizing the base to equalize the score.
Round 3 (TWT Defense - SDYL Attack, White Elk Fort)
SDYL's aggressive push was baited by TWT, splitting their forces and opening them to cavalry charges. In the second wave, SDYL set up Grapeshot Cannons upfront, while TWT's cavalry held firm to trade losses, repelling the offense. SDYL lacked infantry and fell behind in unit count, exhausting their time and handing another point to TWT.
Round 4 (SDYL Defense - TWT Attack, White Elk Fort)
TWT's advance through broken walls was surrounded and annihilated by SDYL, who counterattacked using artilleries in the narrow terrain to regain unit count balance. In the base clash, TWT's flank was countered by SDYL's regroup, successfully defending to even the score at 2-2.
Round 5 (Grasslands)
Both teams targeted the other's strategic points. TWT abandoned Point B to rally everyone at Point A, giving SDYL an opening to reclaim Point B and unlock TWT's base flag, accelerating capture progress. Amidst chaos, SDYL focused on the base flag, gaining control and advancing with a 3-2 victory, securing their ticket to the next round.
AMG VS BOD [White Elk Fort / Kurak Castle] 1-3

Round 1 (AMG attacks – BOD defends, White Elk Fort)
AMG faked a left supply raid at Point A, baited BOD into the choke, then slammed the flank with cavalry—seizing the lead early. But at the base, AMG’s fragmented lines were picked apart as BOD boxed in and wiped them several times. BOD takes Round 1!
Round 2 (BOD attacks – AMG defends, White Elk Fort)
BOD played keep-away, pressuring AMG then snagging Point A cleanly. At the base, AMG tried for the wraparound, but BOD drove in hard with artillery center and Lionroar Crew on the side, splitting off to block the supply. One crushing teamfight later, BOD seizes the base—up 2-0!
Round 3 (AMG defends – BOD attacks, Kurak Castle)
AMG skipped AB and charged straight for the base. BOD locked down the side entrance and kept tugging AMG between supply and base. AMG rotated rapidly, and despite losing their base camp supply, managed to clear out all defenders in base, grabbing a point back.
Round 4 (BOD defends – AMG attacks, Kurak Castle)
BOD went for a slow-burn at A, baiting AMG up the tower for a clean front-back surround—blasting AMG’s first push and knocking out high-value units. In the final base clash, BOD caught AMG shifting positions, pushed up for a forced fight, used a smooth troop comp, and shut down both defenses. Victory sealed—BOD advances!
