[Team OSS: Bringing Sushi to the Battlefield – Where Japanese Aesthetics Meet Ruthless Precision]
When a team is named after sushi, you know it’s serious. Representing Japan, OSS brings "Osushi" culture to Conqueror’s Blade, embracing the elegance of sushi and turning it into deadly tactics. Their creed? Teamwork as tight as vinegared rice, strategy as sharp as a sashimi blade. Debuting this season, their sheer creativity has already made them the "gourmet team" to watch. Pro tip: Don’t let their flawless formations distract you!
【Team KIBA: Tactical Precision from Japan’s New Blood】
Straight from the DI server, KIBA enters CBL with a focused playstyle built around ace player Butatan. Known for his pinpoint decision-making, Butatan leads a team built for surgical execution. While most of the roster is making their first CBL appearance, their goal is clear: showcase the refined discipline and tactical depth of the Japanese Samurai—one detail at a time.
【Team VNC: Vietnam’s Phoenix Rises—Infantry-Focused and Fiercely Driven】
“We’re not just a team—we’re the spirit of Vietnam’s player base!” Reforged from the ashes, VNC returns with a fire in their hearts and infantry at the core of their strategy. Led by group-stage veteran R E D, the team aims to evolve from a local name into a perennial contender. Their pledge echoes across the battlefield: “No surrender—we fight for Vietnam!”
【Team HBB: From Fresh Formation to Fearless Contenders】
Born from the Traditional Chinese region, HBB may have been a late formation, but they stormed through qualifiers with fire. Debuting in CBL, their battle cry is unforgettable: “Charge like a Hamburger Baby on a sugar rush!” Behind the humor lies fierce ambition—they’ve got their sights set on the APAC crown. After all, combat is the soul of CBL!
【Team NMAD: Nomadic Warriors Turn the Tide—“Blame TERRA” Becomes the Ultimate Bond】
Vietnam’s fierce nomads have arrived! Known for their “ironclad comps” featuring Spartan Chosen and Orochi Samurai, NMAD strikes with force and defends like a wall. But what truly defines them is their team spirit: “Victory belongs to the squad. Defeat? Blame TERRA!” This no-fear culture lets every player give their all—just like their legendary comeback against AHA in 2024. The nomadic fire still burns. These warriors are CBL’s uncrowned kings!
【Team VNH: Champions Return—“Hit First, Think Never” Shakes the Battlefield】
Three years in silence. Now they strike like thunder! VNH returns to CBL with a roar. Former CBL champions, Dynasty runner-ups, and Blizzard season Top 8, they now field a refreshed lineup built for mayhem. With Spartan-style aggression and the motto “Hit First, Think Never,” they’re gunning straight for Top 4. In the roar of the Vietnamese battle chant—nothing will stand in their way!
【Team PAE: Reputation on the Line—Built from Legends of the Live Server】
Meet PAE, a team of Chinese-speaking veterans from the APAC region. Each member was handpicked by the captain for their skill, teamwork, and in-game reputation on the live servers. United by a shared love for competition, they’ve put their names—and reputations—on the line for CBL. No room for half-measures. Just pure, honorable battle!
【Team NBY: New Blood, No Fear—KH Server’s Passion-Fueled Power Surge】
Straight out of the KH server’s “noble ranks,” NBY (short for niubility) is the most fiery storyline in CBL2025. Built by rookie players just three to four seasons into Conqueror’s Blade, they charge in with the rallying cry: “Fight our way through!” No fancy experience—just raw passion. Their goal? Deliver the most thrilling matches as a tribute to the game they love.
【Team FGGG: Traditional Chinese Blitz Squad—Frank Says Go, They Go!
All gas, no brakes! From the LA server comes FGGG, a cavalry-first crew shouting their one true motto: “Frank Go Go Go!” Led by their namesake, Frank, this team believes in lightning-fast charges, raw aggression, and zero hesitation. Backed by the Behaart House, they’re set to draw the boldest battle lines for Traditional Chinese players in CBL. Hear “Go! Go! Go!”? That’s the sound of FGGG coming for you.
【Team BOD: Blessed by the Gods, Rebuilt for the Top 8 and Beyond】
Founded by legendary player 一袭白衣, BOD (Blessing of Divinity) is CBL’s own “Avengers” With championship DNA from CNC and YYY, they’re back with one mission: break the Top 8 curse. Every member has passed a trial by fire. With divine blessing and a stitched-together super roster, who can stop this comeback squad?
【Team MANU: Streamer Squad Takes On the Group of Death—"Underestimated? Let’s Prove ‘Em Wrong!"】
Built by Traditional Chinese YouTuber 满怒達瑞斯, MANU is easily CBL’s most “mixed bag” crew—players from all walks of life, only one with championship experience, and thrown straight into the group of death. Their rallying cry? “Respect is earned—we’re here to light it up!” When streaming spirit meets the pro arena, this comeback script is one for the books.
【Team GCA: Cross-Border Strike Force—The East Asian Derby Begins!】
One team. Three nations. GCA brings China, Japan, and Korea together under one banner—turning CBL into the Asian Games in an instant. They don’t have a slogan, but who needs one when multilingual voice comms are flying mid-fight? Their chemistry spans borders, and they’re here to show just how far East Asia can go on the world stage.
【Team MPR: Lone Wolves No More—The Phoenix Rises in Conqueror’s Blade】
Named Miracle Phoenix Rise, MPR is the ultimate underdog story—but with claws. The “Phoenix” stands for resilience, “Rise” for their hunger to win. Once lone wolves scattered across servers, they now fight under one banner. No flashy past, just pure passion for Conqueror’s Blade. When their flag goes up, the rebirth begins.
【Team MMMD: Don’t Let the Name Fool You—Thailand’s War Hippos Are Ready to Smash】
Cute name, dangerous team. Thailand’s MMMD may be named after the dwarf hippo Moodeng, but this squad is the reborn core of the fierce MKT roster from 2024. Veterans from top Thai Houses unite with one goal: “Deliver epic fights on the APAC battlefield.” And when a hippo puts on armor… you'd better run.
【Team AMG: Korean Speed and Precision—Veteran Power in Full Throttle】
Straight out of Korea, AMG takes its name from Mercedes-AMG—speed and strength, redefined for Conqueror’s Blade! With players from various backgrounds, this squad doesn’t flash flair—they bring experience. Their humble motto “Let’s do our best” hides the soul of Korean esports craftsmanship: every match, a stage to prove that seasoned steel cuts deepest.
【Team DOC: The Comet Has Landed—Multilingual Ironborn Strike from the Shadows】
Named Dark of Comet, DOC brings fear and fire to CBL2025. A blazing comet across a black sky, they believe darkness hides the blade, and the blade burns with war. Formed by players speaking many tongues, they fight with a single language—victory. Infantry hits like trailing sparks, cavalry like the comet’s core slamming into defenses. Their warcry is the clash of blades, the thunder of hooves—when DOC’s banner flies, the comet has landed, and its mark on CBL will burn forever.
Final Words:
From Japanese sushi precision to Vietnam’s fearless charge, from streamer squads to cross-border strike forces—CBL2025 is a true “Global Arena” of esports culture. Will the grace of sushi slice through chaos? Or will Vietnam’s steel cavalry crush all resistance? Will the Chinese blitz overwhelm the battlefield? Or will Korea’s calm experience win the day? This summer, the fiercest clash of cultures will set the stage ablaze— And in CBL, never underestimate a team with a story to tell.

Going Crazy! CBL2025’s Top Teams Revealed
[YZY: The Battle-Hardened Lions That Roared Out of “YOU ZHI YUAN(Kindergarten)”! Gunning for the Top 8!]
Don’t let the name fool you—YZY (short for "Kindergarten" in Chinese) might sound playful, but on the battlefield, they’re anything but. Hailing from the TianCe server, this squad is a true veteran force—top 16 worldwide in 2022 and top 8 in the 2024 CBL Chinese mainland region. Behind their polished motto, “Storm or shine, our ambition never fades,” lies a relentless hunger for victory. While other teams are still fine-tuning their tactics, YZY has already carved out their territory with seamless teamwork and a wealth of experience.
BG: From “Foot Massage” to the Battlefield—Guardians of the M78 Nebula Are Here!
If you spot a crew on the Jiulong server yelling, “Protecting Ultraseven from the M78 Nebula!”—yep, that’s them. Meet BG (Baigui International Massage Club), hands down the wildest team in the CBL! Their name? Inspired by the captain’s beloved “International Massage Club,” a favorite chill spot. Their roster stretches from Jiulong server all the way to the M78 Nebula (okay, we’re kidding… or are we?), and they’ve made a name for themselves with their all-out brawl tactics. The captain, a CBL veteran experienced three CBL under his belt, is refreshingly honest when asked about their strategy: “No strategy. Just fight!” Will this “chill team” stomp their way to victory with foot-massage-level ferocity? We’re all watching closely.
QIN: The Gatekeepers of the Final Four Return—Long Snake Formation Ready to Shut Down the Flashy Plays
QIN is back! A traditional powerhouse in the CBL scene, they carry the pride of the Qin house from the Tianlong Allianc in Jiulong server. Their biggest mission in this CBL? A long-awaited showdown with their old rivals: former champions JX (whose key players are now on team ZT). Their battle cry, “Take down Yu Wang!” (editor’s note: a ZT player), echoes across the training ground, setting the tone. The squad is a true brotherhood, with all members hailing from the same house.
ZT: 2024 World Champions Turn Bulldozer—Their Aggro Tactics Strike Fear Everywhere
After steamrolling their way to the global title last year, ZT is back with the same ruthless energy—living by the motto: “Born in hardship, die in battle.” As the only squad in CBL with unmatched synergy, their playstyle is pure aggression—overwhelming opponents with relentless, high-speed offense. Someone once asked, “What’s your strategy?” A team member just grinned: “No strategy. Just charge!” With this kind of sheer force coming at them, what team wouldn’t be shaking in their boots?
LB: Masters of Self-Deprecation—Their Motto? ‘Please Stomp Us!’ But Are They Secretly a Dark Horse?
“I just want to get squashed like an ant”—yep, that’s the official motto of LB (which has the meaning of 'nobody' in Chinese), a "wild" team hastily assembled from Jiulong and Kaijiang house members. No big-name streamers, no high-ranked stars—just pure, chill vibes. While others come to win, they come to... well, get wrecked? But hey, with their laid-back, meme-worthy tactics, they’ve gone viral across the community. Could this reverse strategy move make them the ultimate underdogs of CBL? Stay tuned.
KZ: Iron Hooves Crush All—Flanking Cavalry and Fierce Assault Steal the Show
Marching in from the WeGame Hengdao server, KZ (Wan Li Long Men) arrives with an epic war cry: “Dragons clash in the wild, guarding every frontier!” Their name pays tribute to the legend of the carp leaping over dragon gate—and last season, they bulldozed through from the icy north to the southern seas, earning a fearsome rep: “All under hoof belongs to us.” This time, they’re unleashing a deadly combo of ground pushes and flanking cavalry strategies, ready to show rivals exactly what the Long Men brothers are made of.
SDYL: Chinese Mainland’s Runner-Up Team of All-Out Warriors — No Room for Cowards in This Hellfire Crew
“From the shot-caller to the subs—everyone’s a full-send berserker!” That’s SDYL (Yan Luo) for you: brutal words, even more brutal gameplay. As the 2024 Chinese Mainland runner-up, these guys have “ferocity” written into their DNA. Forget fancy strategies—when they see you, they’re charging. If you spot a team of madmen storming in with fire in their eyes, do yourself a favor and get out of the way. After all, their one and only rule to join the team? “No guts, no way.”
TWT: New Team, Champion Bloodline — One Shot, One Glory
reshly formed by the Jiulong server “Tian Wai Tian” house, TWT might be new on paper, but they’re packing serious heat—two former champions are leading the charge, and their battle cry says it all: “Every match is a final!” Their tactics? Top secret… for now. But with old champs reuniting under one banner, you can bet they’re holding some game-changing cards up their sleeves. A new face with a champion’s heart—this might just be the biggest twist of this CBL.
ZTPQ: The Big Bro’s Name Is Peppa? Watch Out for the Wild Boar Rush! The Dark Horse from the New Server Is Here
“Careful, or you’ll get trampled by a wild boar!” That’s the battle cry of ZTPQ, a team named after their captain—yep, Peppa (Pei Qi in Chinese). Charging in from the new WeGame server, they’re as wild as they come. Brand new, totally unknown, and out to prove themselves, their no-nonsense motto says it all: everyone’s hungry for that first taste of victory. They might look like nobodies now, but don’t blink—this could be the breakout team that shakes everything up.
SSHX: The Old House Never Dies—Masters of the Map Show You What True Battlefield Art Looks Like
Born from Chinese Mainland legendary ZongHeng server, SSHX (Shengshi Huaxia) wears their pride loud and clear: “Win or lose, we never back down!” Experts in large-scale rotations and split-push attacks, they’re masters at finding cracks in the enemy’s defense—often right under their noses. Time and tide haven’t dulled their edge; with battlefield awareness and mechanical skill that rookies can only dream of, SSHX remains a towering force in the scene.
WIN: YL And ZG Veterans Reunite—The Drums of War Thunder Again
Built on the core of Yunlou and the Zhige team, WIN comes packed with players who’ve all seen the heat of CBL’s main stage. Their battle cry? It’s already blowing up online: “Brothers! When the war drums thunder…” No gimmicks, no frills—just the unbreakable spirit of veterans who refuse to fade. Now that their familiar banner is flying high again, can their hard-earned experience crush the next-gen challengers? Watch closely as this battle-scarred powerhouse fights to forge a new legend.
PDD: The Ultimate Puzzle Team—On Tour for Fun and Chaos
Assembled like a patchwork quilt from multiple houses in Jiulong server, PDD proudly dubs themselves the “tourist team.” Their vibe? Pure chill: “No history, no slogans this season—just here to have a good time!” While others chase trophies, they’re chasing laughs… but don’t be fooled by their casual swagger. Sometimes, a team that plays for joy is the one most likely to flip the script.
BF: The Iron-Willed Warriors of Tianshi — Persistence Is Victory, No Matter the Foe
Back for their second run in the CBL, BF carries the unyielding spirit of the Tianshi server. Their rallying cry says it all: “Persistence is victory—even the strongest will fall beneath our feet!” No flashy history, just sheer obsession with the victory. For them, every match is a stage to prove themselves—and that relentless hunger makes them a force no one should underestimate.
LMTF: Masters of the Sneak Attack — Charging Back to Shake the Battlefield
LMTF (Lanmu Tianfu), famous for “unifying the map and seizing the capital city” in Season 2, are storming back with the same fiery spirit: “Iron steeds and spears, fighting across every frontier!” Renowned for their signature sneak-attack tactics—slipping behind enemy lines when no one’s looking—they’ve built a rep as the ultimate thrill-makers on the field. This season, can their blend of strategy and boldness deliver another round of glory? Get ready to watch LMTF warriors break the mold once again.
Final Words:
The fire of CBL2025 is about to ignite. From “chill team” to “champion bulldozers,” from “want to get wrecked” to “iron-fist battlers,” every team steps onto the battlefield with their own story and mission. Who will have the last laugh? Will the old house extend their dynasties, or will dark horses flip the game? Lock in for the action—we’re about to witness the ultimate clash of passion and glory!

CBL2025 April 27 – CN Region Highlights

Warlords, the first round of the CBL2025 Group Stage has concluded, and the matches were nothing short of exhilarating. Even days later, the thrill of the battlefield still lingers. In Conqueror’s Blade, there may be no real blood or smoke, but the roar of war cries echoes across the land. There may be no wounds or death, but the spirit of sacrifice and the courage to fight to the last breath are ever-present. Every participant has truly earned the title of Warlord.

Now, let’s dive into the highlights from the CN region battles—more match reports from other regions will follow soon.

[previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]
QIN vs LB: 2-0
One a former semifinalist, the other a devoted warrior fighting for the pride of Nebula M78—QIN and LB delivered a gripping clash in CBL2025!

In Round 1, QIN took the defensive stance. At the opening, they allowed LB to preserve one siege tower while destroying the other two, dragging the match into a five-minute countdown. LB advanced up the left tower to flank toward Point B, bypassing the main force at Point A. However, they underestimated QIN’s control of the nearby supply point. QIN quickly reinforced Point B via the short route, forcing losses on both sides. Despite even unit counts, LB shifted focus back to Point A—but were stalled by QIN’s defense until QIN's main force in Point B returned. QIN held strong and took the first win.

In round 2, roles reversed. LB opened boldly, sending large amount cavalry units beyond the gates to clash head-on. A series of sharp skirmishes followed. QIN, with well-coordinated trebuchets and unit rotations, and blocked LB’s retreat path to the city, splitting their forces and wiping them out. LB fell back to defend their base, abandoning Points A and B. With more artilleries and stronger units, QIN stormed the base and crushed the defenders—securing a clean 2-0 victory!

YZY vs BF: 2-0
One team reached the CBL2024 Top 8, the other returns to the stage for a second time. Both hail from the same server—but all camaraderie vanished as soon as stepping into the battlefield!

In round 1, BF deployed a heavy artillery lineup early, successfully neutralizing most of YZY’s siege towers. But this left BF with only few artillery units. Once YZY scaled the walls, BF couldn’t hold pressure and give up the right-side supply point too soon. After a brief standoff in the access to the base, YZY swiftly rotated the battle to the left-side supply point—an area more favorable to attackers. With precise trebuchet strikes and smart unit splits, YZY disrupted BF’s reinforcements and surged straight into the base for a textbook blitz victory.

In round 2, the attack and defence rotated. YZY dealt with siege tower more cautiously, conserving artillery to shift the focus toward the right-side supply point. BF tried to harass defenders with cavalry at the side gate—likely aiming to scatter their formation. Both sides then clashed in a massive fight in the plaza behind the gate. But BF faltered in unit synergy and positioning, allowing YZY’s cavalry to flank the rear and collapse BF’s backline. With a second wave of assault, YZY dominated the core battlefield and secured the win. Another clean 2-0. YZY marches on!

ZT vs ZTPQ: 2-0
This looked like a lopsided match—ZT, the reigning CBL2024 global champions, against the newly-formed squad ZTPQ. But under the new ruleset, could ZT rely on experience, or would ZTPQ pull off the upset? The first round is over, but the full story has yet to unfold.
In round 1, ZT launched the attack. Several Heroes advanced from the city bridge aiming for Point B, but with reinforcements lagging behind, they cautiously abandoned that approach to avoid early huge unit losses. After securing the wall via siege towers, ZT shifted strategy and captured both Points A and B from safer routes. Artillery duels followed, but soon ZT regrouped and struck the right-side supply point. ZTPQ lacked defensive force at key routes, allowing ZT’s cavalry to breach deep and wipe out defenders, inflicting major losses. Though ZTPQ repelled the first base assault, losing the rear supply point sealed their fate.

In round 2, roles reversed. The first clash once again erupted at Point C. ZTPQ, with early unit strength in number, broke in swiftly. However, ZT held firm under sustained support from ranged units. Despite higher unit loss than ZTPQ, ZT maintained control. With the supply point, they continually intercepted ZTPQ’s follow-up pushes, evening out unit counts and holding the line. Finally, ZT stood tall once again. Experience, discipline, and coordination—champion form from a champion team. Congrats to ZT!

KZ vs SDYL: 0-2
One a runner-up from 2024, the other a dominant force on their home server—when titans clash, strategy and steel collide. The battlefield? Harbour City. The result? A war to remember.

In round 1, the action began early with a fierce artillery duel during the siege tower phase. KZ, on defense, used their ranged units to pressure the towers relentlessly, while SDYL countered with trebuchets. Though some trebuchets missed, they still secured the left tower's wall breach on the second attempt. KZ, rushing too eagerly, exposed their ranged units to enemy fire—losing a key advantage before the main fight. Gathering at the base of the walls, SDYL baited KZ into overcommitting, then quickly switched targets. In a flash, they wiped out KZ's lineup. When KZ attempted a cavalry flank, they were cut down by Sunward Phalanx. SDYL widened the unit loss gap, then struck the left-side supply point with precision, breaking into the base to take round 1.

Round 2, now on defense, SDYL lacked ranged units but made up for it with smart positioning, methodical artillery placement, and textbook tower denial, consuming much trebuchet of KZ. KZ eventually claimed the walls—but before they could regroup, SDYL struck fast, surrounding and shredding unformed units in a brutal ambush. Despite this, KZ’s cavalry found a gap, punishing SDYL’s weak Pikeman coverage and pushing the fight to the base. With just over three minutes remaining, time became the enemy. KZ couldn’t secure the left-side supply point, and the final clash came in front of the base. A key misplay followed—KZ’s trebuchets targeted the base flag instead of suppressing SDYL’s front line. The moment slipped through their fingers. SDYL held the line and claimed a clean 2-0 victory!

More epic match breakdowns from other regions will follow—stay tuned! After a fierce first round, how will each team adjust? Will the favorites maintain their lead, or will new stars rise? The next chapter of CBL2025 is just beginning.

CBL2025 — Fight for glory!

New Player Experience Improvements – So Veterans Will Never Stand Alone

Dear Warlords,

Many of you have told us that what makes the world of Conqueror’s Blade truly shine is not just the battles themselves, but the camaraderie forged in the heat of war. Whether it's the unflinching shield units in matched or ranked battles, the daring wall-scaling and supply-point captures in territory wars, the cunning placement of artillery, or the sea of house banners waving proudly across the world—these legendary feats, spoken over voice comms and written into the annals of countless campaigns, prove one thing above all: There’s no thrill like clashing blades with worthy foes—and no glory like winning battles.

However, after five years of evolution, many warlords have grown into seasoned veterans. A steady stream of new units, maps, mechanics, and features continues to enrich the Conqueror’s Blade ecosystem, offering fresh experiences and new challenges for those still fighting on the frontlines.

But at the same time, these additions can create obstacles for our new warlords—and for those seeking to return to the Conqueror’s Blade once more. Whether voiced passionately during community meetups or echoed across player discussions, we’ve heard your call: newcomers and returning warlords need a smoother path into the game.

“I invited a friend to play, and the moment they stepped into the capital, they were completely lost...”
“New players can’t even form a decent Unit lineup before giving up...”
“There are so many systems—I don’t even know which ones matter…”

Based on your feedback and suggestion, we've identified several key challenges faced by new and returning warlords:

 • Unlocking and upgrading units is too slow, making it hard to get battle-ready.

 • The capital is vast, but lacks clear direction—easy to get lost.

 • Weapon choices at the start are limited, restricting variety and exploration.

 • Unit tutorials aren’t intuitive, leaving new Warlords confused about each unit’s role.

 • The UI has grown complex—vital information is hard to find.

So we decided: no more half-measures. Led by our producers, we interviewed hundreds of Conqueror’s Blade content creators, drawing on their frontline experience helping new players. We partnered with multiple gaming platforms to conduct user research with thousands of people who had never played Conqueror’s Blade before. We ran hundreds of meetings, burned the midnight oil for weeks, and drafted plan after plan—all with one goal: to break down the barriers keeping new and returning warlords from joining the fight.

Of course, these long-standing issues won’t disappear overnight. But with the launch of our revamped onboarding experience and the brand-new May Wargames Fest, we’re taking the first step. Warlords, this is only the beginning. We’re fully committed to improving the path forward—for every new and returning warlord!

So—what exactly are we doing to support new warlords?

 • Streamlined unit tutorials up front, making it easier than ever to understand each unit’s role and how to play them effectively.

 • Unlocking the personal tent and other early-game features to keep new players from getting lost, while focusing attention on matched Battles and other core Conqueror’s Blade gameplay.

 • A completely redesigned lobby and UI—intuitive, accessible, and built to get you into battle faster.

 • More in-depth weapon tutorials, helping warlords experience every weapon type and discover what suits them best.

And that’s not all. The Wargames Fest is here! [30 Top-Tier Units], instantly playable—for free during the event!

You’re not behind. With a new character, you can unlock fully equipped units in under 20 minutes and enjoy fierce battles!
No more grind. Just pure war.

Finally, we call upon all our seasoned warlords to join us in welcoming new and returning warlords! Your insights, your guides, and your passion are priceless treasures in Conqueror’s Blade world. Together, we can make Conqueror’s Blade better than ever!
