Dear Warlords, we will perform the maintenance at 6 am – 8 am, 6th, Aug (UTC+8). Here are the patch notes.

Territory war bug fixes:
- Fixed a bug in Liangyun region which causes incorrect spawn in open world.
- Fixed a bug that caused infinite pursue battle.
- Fixed several related bug of siege battle in territory war.

New team voice system:
- By pressing “Capslock” button, you will be able to join team voice channel which allows you voice chat with your teammates.

Hero balance:
- Adjusted the default leadership from 100 to 250.
- Reduced the second damage of Shield charge by 50% (Shortsword&shield)
- Changed the piercing damage of Lugh’s March I to slashing damage (Spear)
- Increased the passive from skill of armor penetration and incoming damage reduction from 1% to 2% (Spear)

New open world field camp:
- We removed Infirmary. Engineer’s camp and Provisioner and merged them into one filed camp.
- Filed camp no longer consumes resources to build and replaced with 1,000 prestige.

Forage adjustment:
To smooth the open world experience, we have made several important optimizations.
1) No longer marching speed decrease while you are out of food.
2) You can still mine resource when you are out of food but the effectiveness will be reduced by 50%.
3) You can still start or join a battle when you are out of food but your unit will deal less damage while taking more damages.

Merchant
- Added a new cross-region migration token to merchant which allows players to immigrate their base camp to other regions directly. We are going to give out 1 free token to all players this time.

Honor change:
1) In the first 10 battles per day, we increased the honor gain by 50% compared to former version.
2) From 10 to 20 battles, still remains as former version.
3) After 20 battles, the honor gain has been decreased by 50% compared to former version.

BUG fixes:
1. Fixed the era display bug of mercenaries
2. Fixed a bug that cavalry may stay as standing body after they die.

Extra battlefield scrolls are on their way

Dear warlords, earlier today, a loophole that when we were sending the battlefield scrolls compensation mails to players, who finished certain quests before and missed battlefield scroll rewards from these quests in new patch, caused mail duplications.

Some warlords might receive a lot more than expected up to 25 extras. We truly apologize for the inconvenience.

After our carefully internal discussions, we decided not to take back these extras and we should admit it’s our own fault.

Meanwhile, to ensure the fairness of the game, as a decision, for the next 48 hours, people who did not receive duplicated mails, will be compensated with 25 battlefield scrolls. For those who actually did get extra but not reaching the upper limit of 25, will also be compensated with the missing part.
To be noted, your compensation will be sent in succession and for players who already reached 25 extras, you will not get the compensation mail.

Last but not the least, for players who did not reach level 20 before maintenance, as you were not in the former compensation list, we also prepared the same rich gift for you. What you need to do is, at least, level a character to 20 before 12 pm, 4th, Aug (UTC+8). We will give out 25 battlefield scrolls to your highest-level character under your account. The gift will be sent out before 12 pm, 7th, Aug (UTC+8).

亲爱的将军,关于即将上线的雇佣军及探访系统,以下是这两个新系统的详细介绍:

一、雇佣兵团

Q:什么是雇佣兵团?解锁雇佣兵系需要满足哪些条件?
A:雇佣兵团是哈特佣兵团为助战玩家,特意调遣的一批极富川西特色的雇佣军,因身处偏远之地,形成了颇富特色的打法。在兵谱中,携金色边框的兵团即为哈特佣兵团的雇佣兵团。本次新上线的雇佣兵团包含五支颇富东方传奇色彩的兵团:步兵大系新增川东长枪手、神武巨盾营、川东投矛壮士;远程大系新增川东神射手、镇远火铳手。
解锁雇佣兵团首先需要满足特定的时代条件;其次解锁雇佣兵团需要消耗的不再是战功,而是相应的兵团契约,契约可在商店使用金币购买、也可以在铁火商会购得。

Q:雇佣兵团的优势与劣势体现在何处?
A:优势:雇佣兵团出战时将带来额外的战斗收益:武将、兵团经验+10%、战火币+10%、战功+10%;雇佣兵团作战时不会消耗军备值,也即无须补充兵装。
劣势:雇佣兵团战斗力与同时代同类型兵种持平,且上阵雇佣兵团同样需要消耗统御值、兵团作战时依然会受伤或减员。但是雇佣兵团天然没有内成长体系,这也对其能力作出了限制。
总体来说,雇佣兵团的出现为身处不同时代的将军提供了另一种选项:以牺牲部分兵团上限的代价获取10%的战斗收益,同时兵团损耗更低。二者之间如何抉择,将军完全可根据自身实际追求与目的进行决断。

Q:雇佣兵团与普通兵团相比还有哪些不同?
A:首先,多个雇佣兵团的战斗收益加成并不能叠加;其次,由于不消耗任何战功,雇佣兵团并不能加速时代解锁,解锁的雇佣兵团数量不能成为解锁下一时代的条件。

二、兵牌与军魂系统
Q:什么是兵牌与军魂系统?
A:在远古的战场遗迹中,时常回荡着历代英勇将士的亡魂;昔日的练兵场内,又抛撒着数万将士的热血。
如今,完成特定任务、开启铁火宝库即有机会与已故的亡魂对话,为兵团传承各种强劲、有趣的能力,甚至直接解锁兵团。
为了丰富兵团解锁途径,同时为兵团赋予多样化的属性,提升战斗的多样性而推出的全新系统,故推出【兵牌】与【军魂】系统:
【兵牌】:每个兵团都有相应的兵牌,兵牌可用于:抵扣解锁相应兵团所需要的战功;集齐20个兵牌可直接解锁该兵团;增加已组建对应兵团的经验值。
【军魂】:军魂可佩戴于兵团上,提升兵团的各种不同属性。
将军可以在城内寻找NPC“佣兵团密使”,聊天打开寻访界面,也可点击快捷键“X”打开。

Q:我该如何获得寻访所需要的兵牌及军魂?
A:兵牌与军魂无法通过金币购得,开启铁火宝库将有机会获得兵籍档案道具,用于在寻访界面使用,获得兵牌;参加联盟任务,完成主线支线任务、每周任务均有机会获得古战场手札道具,用于在寻访界面进行寻访,将随机获得军魂。

Q:军魂佩戴有什么条件限制?
A:第一,每个兵团有五个佩戴栏,分别在兵团1、3、5、7、10级时解锁,有空余的佩戴栏时才可佩戴军魂。第二,部分军魂有适用的兵团范围,如刀盾类、长戟类、骑兵类。

Q:同种军魂是否叠加,已佩戴的军魂如何取下?
A:同类型军魂可叠加,同种军魂不可叠加;已经佩戴的军魂不可取下,只可替换,且替换后原军魂将会消失。

亲爱的将军,我们将在8月1日上午06:00-08:00(UTC+8)进行停服维护。预计维护时间为2小时。本次维护结束后:
· 因领土战时间调整,我们将取消所有家族已发起的宣战,并对已消耗的家族威望进行返还补偿。请各家族待服务器开启后及时重新进行宣战,周六前宣战依然有宣战威望减免。
· 因在部分任务奖励中新增古战场手札道具,开服后将根据将军实际完成情况补发相应数量的道具,请各位将军及时于18:00前查看个人信箱。
· 寻访系统明日上线,我们将为所有将军发放古战场手札*1。
以下是本次维护更新内容:

兵团:
兵牌与军魂系统上线,仅可通过铁火宝库与完成任务获得;
兵谱内新增五支雇佣兵团;
添加刀盾类士兵冲锋时的撞击音效;
将俞家枪兵的冲锋破甲系数由1调整为1.3。

系统:
为家族宣言、家族公告界面的更新状态添加提示标志。

武将:
野太刀武将一之太刀技能的特效字由“斩”改为“破”。

任务:
为以下五项任务新增了古战场手札道具奖励:村庄之围、初战燕关、联盟任务、城池争夺战以及20级起的军神之道系列任务。

大世界:
领土战时间由20:00-21:00调整至20:00-21:30;
在领土战及军事演习期间,可以从J出战界面直接离开城池,进入大世界参与战斗;
佩牙利斯地块中的两个法外之地:望海巷、佣兵驻地从克莱门斯附近搬到了西南的米拉附近和东北的杜敏附近。

BUG修复:
修复了兵团在爬梯时,梯子被踢掉,兵团会卡在空中的问题;
修复了打铁关地图中B点附近兵团可以穿过城门的问题。

Dear Warlords, here is the FAQ for new systems – Mercenary & Visit.

1. Mercenary system
Q: What is mercenary? What are the conditions for unlocking the mercenary system?
A: Mercenary system consists of five well-known Eastern unit.
To unlock a certain mercenary, you need to meet the era requirement first. Then you can buy the unlock contract either from gold shop or auction house. To be noted, mercenaries can not be unlocked by honor points.

Q: Where are the strengths and weaknesses of the mercenary group?
A: Advantages: Bring any mercenary to battle will give you additional bonus : +10% unit & hero exp, +10% bronze, +10% honor; this bonus can be stacked with premium account and exp bonus card. However, the bonus of mercenary itself cannot be stacked. Last but not the least, you don’t need to do any unit kit resupply to keep them fighting for you!
Disadvantages: Mercenaries still require a certain amount of leadership to join in the battle. And their power is a bit weaker than other common units in the same era.

Q: Is there any other differences between mercenaries and common units?
A: Mercenaries can not provide any nodes for era unlock.

2. Visit system
Q: What is Visit system? Where I can find it?
A: The Visit system is designed to enrich way of unit unlock, while enhance the diversity of battles. By Visit system, you will be able to explore unit tag & unit souls.
[Unit tag]: Each unit has a corresponding unit tag. The tag can be used to accelerate certain unit unlock progress. Also, if this unit is already unlocked and, in your barrack, you can use the tag to add unit experience to it.
[Unit Soul]: The unit soul can be applied to units to enhance various attributes of the units
You can either talk to the NPC named "mercenary emissary" or press X to enter the Visit system.

Q: How do I get the item to use the Visit system?
A: Battlefield scrolls for unit souls can be found in weekly quests, main quests, side quests. Records for unit tang can be found in secret vaults.

Q: What are the conditions for applying a unit soul to unit?
A: There are 5 soul slots for all units which will be unlocked at lvl 1, 3, 5, 7 and 10. Also, you need to have souls for matched unit types.

Q: How to take off a soul from units?
A: It cannot be taken off but only replaced.
