Demo update I: better camera, quality settings and small optimization fixes

Bugfixes
- Added a new Dynamic Camera, which reacts to the movements and rotation of the car more smoothly.
- Added option to toggle between the (new) Dynamic and Legacy cameras in the settings menu.
- Added a fuel indicator for each car.
- The in-game timer now also displays milliseconds.
- The game will now indicate you can press the respawn button when being stuck or flying out of bounds in the overworld (level select).
- Replaced bad parking pop-up by an interactable "Badly parked" traffic sign.
- Added option to disable grass in the settings menu, to help improve performance.
- Added a fuel meter to the HUD.
- The HUD timer now also displays milliseconds.
Bugfixes
- Fixed bonus time not resetting when a level is restarted.
- Fixed "Out of fuel" text not disappearing when restarting a level.
- Possible fix for grass causing significant performance issues on specific devices. If you still have low framerate, try disabling grass in the settings.
- Fixed overworld props not having friction applied.
- You can now see through the balloon and treehouse.
- Fixed a few edge cases where respawning was impossible.
- Tweaked the level "Crowded House" to make it harder to avoid the bulldozers.
- Fixed in-game timer sometimes incorrectly displaying seconds.
- Fixed UI SFX not being affected by the SFX volume setting.
