The steam keys are out!

Keep an eye on your email, steam keys got sent out to our Kickstarter Backers!

If you have backed the game on Kickstarter, we have sent the Steam keys out that will be able to be activated December 18th 2018, at 6am PST. These are not the Switch keys that will be sent out December of 2019, the Steam keys for PC and Mac only.

If you have the Alpha, your current steam key and save file will carry over to the full game with no action required.

Bird Playable Character

A few variations of the bird playable that you'll see in Garden Paws, with more to come!

Thanks to one of our character designers, Teewie, we have a new playable character the Bird! This cute feathery friend will be flying in with the launch December 18th!

Shooting Stars

Who doesn't want to be a dragon that hunts down falling stars..

What better way to spend your nights then by hunting for Fallen Stars! Not only are they fun to collect, but crack them open for a nice surprise!

Weather Effects

With Winter we introduced snow, we're happy to say rain has also been implemented! Now on rainy days you can leave your watering can at home!

As always we want to give a big Thank You to everyone! It has been a great few months developing Garden Paws, and going into Early Access on Steam we definitely won't be stopping.

We plan on doing at least 1 large content update a month for the first 6 months, after that we will be spending the majority of our time optimizing Garden Paws and porting it over to the Switch.

We have plans to add an extensive cooking system, mining, dungeon diving, a museum, islands to explore, and lots more, including expanding on our current features.

In just a few days we'll be launching on Steam and sending out Kickstarter keys! These keys will be for PC and Mac.

This last month, (or few months), have been really busy for us three but we're really proud about how far the game has come. We will still be launching updates, with 1 major one every month until mid 2019. The last half of 2019 we will be focusing on optimizing the game further as well as porting to the Switch.





In Fall and Winter you'll not only notice the new plants popping up, you'll also see tons of visual changes. In Fall the trees will be changing to Red, Orange and Yellow tones and Winter everything will be covered in Snow.





With Seasons implemented we have added 28 New Plants, giving us a grand total of 43 crops. The plants are seasonal with new plants sprouting up in the Fall and Winter. We have lots more crops planned, what would you like to grow in Garden Paws?

When farming, keep in mind your crops will take longer to grow in the cold harsh soil of Winter.





Thanks to two of our kickstarter backers, octoberGods and Skywings14 we have 2 great new playable characters.

Each one is coming in with lots of skins ot choose from, with more to come! Currently we have 7 playable characters in Garden Paws!







We've started implementing the first stages of cooking, the Campfire and Grill. This craft-able item, when placed, will be able to grill up fish into a nice energy boosting treat.

We plan on having an extensive cooking system, including 10+ Cooking Stations with each recipe requiring one step, to 10. The more difficult the recipe is, the more coin you'll earn from selling it, or the more energy you'll earn by consuming it.

We do plan on having buffs coming from certain dishes, but this won't be implemented until the dungeon is ready to come into Garden Paws.





For the last month we had 3 Limited Edition costume pieces, as kind of a bonus Thank You to our Alpha backers on Kickstarter. These costumes have been removed and replaced with new costumes, the Witch Costume and the Magicians Costume.

We have more items that have been recently added into Garden Paws, with lots more clothing pieces to come. If you have any suggestions on pieces you'd like, comment below or let us know in our Discord (click here).

Along with Costumes, we have new skins that have been added that are obtainable in Treasure Chests, through quests or from Splash's Shop.



We're excited to launch Garden Paws to the public and can't wait to hear what you think of our game.

Only 1 month until we launch on Steam!

This past month has been going incredibly well! We've doubled the amount of quests in game, added a new playable character, fishing, and lots lots more!

The main thing we're incredibly proud about is hearing from our alpha players that they've been able to get 50+ hours of gameplay. We're proud of the optimization and the sheer amount of features that we currently have in Garden Paws.

You'll definitely be suprised with how much is in this early access title.

We recently did a poll in our Discord, to see what you'd like in game right away. Fishing and Cooking were the top 2 so we got started right away!

The fishing mini-game is incredibly satisfying with 10+ fish currently in, of our 40+ planned. Along with fishing we introduced Fish Nets and Shellfish Nets!




Thanks to one of our character designers, Killian, we've added another new playable character, the Badger!




We have built a whole new island that is full of spooky surprises, if you're in the Alpha, we highly recommend you check it out this fall for 3 Limited Edition costumes!

We will be replacing these costumes December 1st with permanent halloween themed ones, so make sure to grab them while you can.




Originally we built Garden Paws to not have an interior of the player home, this was mainly due to it not being high on the priority list. But, after hearing from the community we built the player home, and 40+ furniture pieces and craftables for the home.

This home is also upgrade-able if you'd like more room to store all your goodies.




We currently have 40+ Building pieces and other craftable items in Garden Paws. Including our latest addition, Bouquets!

Bouquets are a great way to earn some extra coin, instead of selling one flower at a time you can craft some paper, and wrap up a few flowers to sell all at once in a beautiful bouquet!




We've definitely heard from the community that you love customization. Along with the 5 playable characters, (thanks again to our incredible kickstarter backers!), we have 100+ skins ready to implement and 60+ clothing and accessory items.

We even have more playable characters and accessories coming in the future!

October 20th we released the alpha to Kickstarter and Backerkit backers!

Currently the alpha features 30+ hours of gameplay with some of the features you'll see in the final game including:

• Run a shop selling everything from poop to crafted furniture.
  
• Over 100 quests.
  
• Raise chicks to chickens, or start taming wild animals like Bunnies.
  
• Craft and build a home and furnishings.
  
• Start farming with more than 10 crops currently available.
  
• Multiplayer is in, currently with a max of 2 players per lobby.
  

We have lots more coming to Garden Paws and thank everyone for their feedback from playing the demo and thank you everyone that is playing the closed alpha.

We have the closed the alpha orders, the earliest you'll be able to play the full game is December of 2018, right here on steam.

• Our main priority is always fixing bugs right when they are spotted, we thank everyone that has helped us catch (and release) them right away.
  
• We are working on the Halloween update that will be out in the next few days, including a whole new island, costumes, and more.
  
• The first furniture set has been implemented, including the bed which can be used to update your spawn point. We are working on more furniture sets.
  
• Two habitats have been added to tame the Cat and Bunny with more taming options coming.
  
• The next crafting workbench we hope to implement is the Flower Workstation, here you'll be able to craft bouquets and other items in the future.
  
• The 4th playable character, the Fox, has been added. And thanks to our Character Design backers on Kickstarter, we'll have more playable characters coming to Garden Paws.
  

There are three of us that have been hard at work since before the Kickstarter, and we wont be paws-ing our work anytime soon.

In the last couple months we have been working on the core mechanics of Garden Paws as well as some fun features like Twitch Integration.

With Twitch Integration any viewers that have typed in chat in the past 6 minutes, will show up as a customer in your shop in Garden Paws.
