0.218.15 - Faceless

This is another hotpatch addressing bugs found in recent days. Changelog:

• AI's that are not wearing an android bodies no-longer show faces on the comms.
  
• Dialog screen in OMS will now scroll to show you latest dialogs automatically.
  
• Vilcy will not try to claim same bounty multiple times.
  
• When game is not in focus (alt-tab) music and audio will stop.
  
• Added video tutorial to the main menu.
  
• Fixed couple of typos in translations.
