0.326.15 - Unfinished Tales

This is a bugfix release, fixing:

• Recent regression caused roughly half of the crew-related story to not appear in the game at all.
  
• Cosmetic changes to Eagle Prospector HUD.
  
• Some ships you could encounter in the rings would be not moving at all.
  
• Thruster nozzles on THI Cargo Containers were disconnected from the container body.
  
• Fixed a number of typos across languages.
  
• Bald Eagle side torches were set too deep, which prevented them from gimbaling.
  
• Physics of the ore could cause it to pierce your ship and cause unexpected damage.
  
• Mass driver bullets were much too bouncy, causing unexpected ricochets when firing mass driver at close range.
