Korean dialogues

Hi.

I have some problems to find a good Korean font for GUI so it can take a while.

So I decided to release a version with Korean dialogues only.

This change only available for Windows users cause after recent GameMaker Studio update I can't run the game with it at all.

Mac issue resolved.
