• [p]Cardboard stack floating in Wasilla distribution center logistic location[/p]
• [p]On Xbox Series S: While crashing should be reduced, frame rates in Wasilla and Prudhoe Bay locations may still be below our target. Further optimizations are planned.[/p]

• Improved Achievement/Trophy Unlocking: We’ve refined the implementation to ensure that achievements and trophies unlock smoothly and consistently.
  
• "Good Job" Achievement More Attainable: For those hunting every last achievement, we've made the "Good Job" achievement slightly more forgiving, making it more accessible for all players.
  
• Reduced PC Storage Requirements: We've optimized the game's footprint on PC, freeing up valuable storage space for you.
  
• Revealed PC Achievements: On PC, you'll now see all available achievements, making it easier to track your progress and discover new goals.

First, thank you for your passion and patience. This update is a major milestone for Alaskan Road Truckers, and we’re excited to share what’s new and improved.




Patch 1.6: A significant quality-of-life update that addresses community feedback and brings key improvements across all platforms:

• Resolved all known instances of snow and tree flickering across the entire map.
  
• Reduced save file sizes for better performance and stability.
  
• Optimized memory usage across key areas of the main map and Ice Roads.
  
• Fixed customization glitches that caused default elements to reappear after loading.
  
• Added 3 new camo skins for all platforms.
  
• Truck Skin Pack 2: A new cosmetic DLC featuring 7 premium skins with 9 color variants, plus a free skin available for all players with 3 color variants. For those of you who spotted the hidden skins in our earlier posts—great job!
  

This is just the beginning of what’s to come for Alaskan Road Truckers. As outlined in our Roadmap 1, we’re committed to delivering a mix of premium and free content while continuing to address your feedback. Early next year, we’ll release our next major content drop, Showrunner—a unique expansion that we believe will excite fans of both trucking and movies. Full details will be revealed in February, but for now, we’re keeping the specifics under wraps.

To our trucking legends both new and long time, here’s what you’ve been waiting for; a content roadmap for the future of Alaskan Road Truckers.

We heard your calls for this. It’s taken far longer than we wanted or even expected to lock the next phase of development, but we’re delighted to share it with you today. Going forward, all new content will be solely funded and released by Green Man Gaming Publishing. But enough about that, you came here to read about the future!

Today, we’re revealing Roadmap 1, featuring a mix of cosmetics, quality of life (QoL) updates and a larger content drop. While the majority of content will be premium content, we will also add free stuff for the whole community. We hope this can set the tone for future roadmaps in terms of content and cadence.



We’ll update the roadmap with the full details and timings of our larger content drop, Showrunner, in February. For now, we aren’t ready to reveal more than this tease, but for those of you who love movies and driving large trucks, we think you’ll be happy. Today we can reveal that on December 19th, we will launch the next paid cosmetic pack, Truck Skin Pack 2, containing 7 premium skins with 9 colour variants alongside 1 free skin with 3 colour variants for all players. We will also launch our PC demo, which features a two-hour play limit.

We believe this is the start of a new and exciting phase of Alaskan Road Trucker’s life, and we are calling on our community to clap, cheer and honk your horns in support.
