Itemization fixes, eternal mode adjustment, and a player total count fix

• Fixed a minor bug with detecting total players online for automatic town channel logic.
• Reworked and improved the design of the streak bonuses in preparation for season 3.
• Legendary items can now drop in Eternal mode.
• Many items including Zak's Crest, Relic of Babylon, Mosby's Ancient Crown, Pyre's Embrace, Nemesis Helo, Sylvan Luna Robe, Miranda's Locket, Miranda's Tempest, Demetrium's Agony, and Demetrium's Stride had their random talent and/or damage enhancement properties fixed. They were not listed correctly in the museum and/or not rolling as intended.
