Minor bug fixes and crafting system progress

• Fixed items ability to roll Bard's Talent Mastery: Dazzler.
• Fixed some items, such as Chemosh's Hooded Shade, which sometimes did not roll talent bonuses correctly.
• Inventory items will now unlock if you click a different store tab. This happens when trying to enchant or craft an item and then you click on a different tab.
• Merchant gold values now reset to zero when you change tabs.
• Significant progress on the new crafting system for season 3 (behind the scenes).
