Fixed properties on a few mythical items and added Previous Target hotkey

• Disabled "permanent dungeon town chat" since this has been made obsolete with global chat channels. The original intent was to maintain communication with town and help maintain social contact regardless of whether a party was in town or in a dungeon.
• Removed resist paralysis from Shadowsong since it conflicted with the all status resist property.
• Fixed the item level of mythical helms.
• Added a Previous Target hotkey that binds to backtick by default.
