• Completed exceptional one-hand slashing items. Good luck finding them!
• Exceptional unique rings, amulets, and charms can now boost a more varied list of skills. They would often roll bonuses for casters, but they can also roll bonuses for tanks and other classes, too.
• Rare weapons can now roll higher enhanced damage values (again).
