Minor adjustment to /players and map room clear UI logic

• The secret /players command no longer works on ladder. From now on it only works in single player and Eternal mode.
• The map rooms now receive a green border (cleared) AFTER defeating the monsters, not upon entering the room.
• Fixed a bug that caused members of the party to receive a different curio bonus.
