New legendary notifications and UI layering improvements

• Legendary item drops now broadcast a notification to other players.
• Fixed a layering issue where the hero creation screen is layered in front of the options.
• Fixed a layering issue where lockout overlays would prevent you from using options to reset or exit the game.
• Fixed a layering issue related to curios and treasure chests appearing in front of party spell animations.
• The Show Party Combat option is now disabled by default.
• The map is shown slightly later after successfully completing the mission so that it doesn't layer over the MISSION SUCCESSFUL message.
• Improved the consistency of item tooltip styling. Sometimes it was too narrow when hovering items near the right side of the screen.
• Refactored screen-lock behavior to use more reliable method.
