• The enchanting counter has been enabled at the Blacksmith. You can now enchant socketed items with bonuses from runes.
• Mob health, strength, and intelligence was increased slightly to help balance out improved hero damage thanks to the new crafting system.
• Mobs in heroic hell now have an additional maximum health bonus.
• Charms can now have sockets.
• Boosted the rune rarity from chests.
• Fixed the stat range values for Fist of the Titan.
• Some bow items had their socket min-max values adjusted.
• Made some minor adjustments to the traditional Chinese translation.
