Faster Join Party System Allows for Joining in Hallways!

• Players can now join an existing party while the party is idling in a room or a hallway. In general, joining parties is much faster and smoother now.
• Entering a password for a private game will now disable the level difference on the UI. Level difference is not relevant in a private game. Only the password matters.
• The private game inputs will now remember your previously entered values so you don't have to type it all the time.
